Ideal Integration
Ideal Integration Ltd was established in 2001 to provide cutting edge products and bespoke business software solutions to both the public and private sectors. We combine the principles of quality, security, presentation and professionalism to provide integrated solutions for our customers and have previously produced nationally acclaimed solutions including:

We are proud supporters of the Muscular Help Foundation (www.musclehelp.com) and firmly believe that where possible techonolgy should be inclusive of all users rather than excluding those who may otherwise have difficulties accessing it. Key Personnel Profiles
Roger Tarleton - Managing Director
Roger holds an Honours Degree in "Business Administration & Management and Computing" and has a proven track record of software development in the public and private sectors. He has previously worked closely with the Central Computing and Telecommunications Agency (CCTA) - now a part of the Office of Government Commerce (OGC) - and been party to a Joint Technology Agreement with them. He has developed numerous software solutions for use in both the public and private sectors, among them:
- Brent Council's One Stop Shop system "LASER" - winner of the 1997 award for Innovation in Electronic Government and several other awards. This software was showcased at national events by Lotus Corporation to promote their Lotus Domino product
- the Central Office of Information's press release website responsible for the dynamic publication of all government press releases by the News Development Service
- the UK government's "UK-Online" web portal in collaboration with British Telecom
- the software behind G-Cat, the online catalogue for procurement of products & services by public sector organisations
- the software behind S-Cat, the online catalogue for procurement of consultancy and specialist services by public sector organisations
- Invest East of England's "NetBenefit" secure extranet promoting the region to attract inward investment
- United Nations' software for notification to all relevant agencies of emergencies world-wide
Nick Ryan - Technical Director
Nick holds an Honours Degree in Computing specialising in "graphical user interfaces - human interaction and design" and has a proven track record of producing high quality software solutions for leading companies in their respective markets. He has extensive experience of providing software solutions that are well-designed, secure, scalable, robust, reliable and easy-to-use.
Nick has spent over four years producing audio-visual and music systems for playback and distribution of multimedia content on plasma screens to the entertainment, retail and commercial business sectors.
His previous experience includes:
- development of the booking system software used in the travel industry by four of the top five UK travel agencies
- development of software for the health care industry with regard to rostering, administration and the management of critical care provision
- network and systems management, having been responsible for the administration of companies' enterprise-wide systems infrastructure
- development of database-driven, multi-client, integrated websites
- centrally-managed, distributed multimedia display systems
Matt Sayers - Content Designer / Developer
Matt holds an Honours Degree in Electronic Imaging and Media Communications (individual project: production of a 6 minute animated movie) and has 8 years professional experience. He is fluent in Internet media using Flash, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Photoshop and various other graphics/multimedia and web authoring packages. He has extensive experience of practically all areas of online and e-learning industries and specialises in developing highly interactive Flash-based games, e-learning and training solutions.
Stephen Hill - Business Development Manager
Stephen holds an Honours Degree in Economics and Business Studies (dissertation on "economic trends of influence to the retail sector") and has been brought in to forge and manage long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners. He has a proven track record of managing clients and satisfying their requirements and has previously run his own successful recruitment company. His clients have included both local government and private sector organisations.
